SPACES Belle Meade Rates:
Daytime events Sunday through Thursday 8:00 am - 2:30 pm $2,000
Daytime events Friday and Saturday 8:00 am - 2:30 pm $2500
(availability based on evening rental, if needed past 2:30 pm will be charged the full night time rental rate)
Evenings Sunday through Thursday $3000
Friday night event $4000
Saturday night event $4500
Late night charges of $200 per hour will apply after 1:00 am
Set up times for evening events will be determined by daytime rental schedules
Rental rates include appropriate security personnel if deemed needed and an event supervisor
Events with more than 100 guests will require valet parking at an additional fee
